The Kramer 692 is a high-performance HDBaseT 2.0 fibre receiver for ultra-reach extension of 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) HDMI video, USB, Ethernet, RS–232, IR, and stereo audio signals over multi-mode or single-mode fibre. Receiving the HDBaseT 2.0 optical signal from a compatible transmitter, the 692 de-embeds digital audio to stereo analog outputs while simultaneously transmitting HDMI video, USB, Ethernet, RS–232, and IR signals, supporting distances up to 33km over single-mode fibre. It features HDCP 1.4 compliance, I–EDIDPro™ intelligent EDID processing, plug-and-play installation, multi-drop optical distribution, and full control-signal extension, making it ideal for professional AV, digital signage, and broadcast environments requiring high-quality, ultra-long-distance signal delivery.
