The Kramer 691 is a high-performance HDBaseT 2.0 fibre transmitter designed for ultra-reach extension of 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) HDMI video along with USB, Ethernet, RS–232, IR, and embedded stereo audio signals. Converting all inputs into an HDBaseT 2.0 optical signal for transmission over multi-mode or single-mode fibre, it supports distances up to 33km (20.5 miles) over single-mode fibre. The 691 features HDCP 1.4 compliance, I–EDIDPro™ intelligent EDID processing, plug-and-play installation, multi-drop optical distribution, and advanced control signal extension, making it ideal for professional AV, digital signage, and broadcast applications requiring ultra-long-distance, high-bandwidth signal delivery.
