Blustream has unveiled its latest USB extension solution, the UEX3C-KIT, designed to simplify high-speed USB connectivity over long distances. Leveraging HDBaseT technology, the UEX3C-KIT allows USB 3.2 Gen1 signals to be extended up to 100 meters (330 feet) via a single CAT6A cable, making it ideal for professional AV, conferencing and IT applications.

The kit supports the connection of up to two USB devices to a single USB host, with a maximum data transfer rate of 5Gbps. Backwards compatibility ensures seamless operation with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. The UEX3C-KIT also features bi-directional Power over Cable (PoC), allowing the power supply to be located at either the transmitter or receiver end, streamlining installation flexibility.
