Celebrating Katie Baker’s New Role at RGB Communications

We’re delighted to announce that Katie Baker has progressed into a new role at RGB Communications as Pre-Sales Technical Support, following her continued success in supporting our customers and partners.

Since joining the team, Katie has built strong relationships with our customers, combining her growing product knowledge with a passion for finding the right solutions. Her technical understanding and customer-focused approach have made her a valuable member of the RGB team, and we’re excited to see her take the next step in her career.

In her new role, Katie will be providing pre-sales technical support across our portfolio, helping partners with product advice, technical guidance, and solution-focused support throughout their projects. Working closely with customers from the early stages of a project, Katie will help ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to deliver successful installations.

Katie will be focusing on several key brands within the RGB portfolio, including Lutron, Polar Bear Design, Savant, and GUDE, supporting our partners with everything from product selection and system considerations to technical queries and application advice.
