As the festive season approaches, we’d like to inform all of our customers of our Christmas closure dates and final shipping schedule to help you plan ahead.
Christmas & New Year Closure
RGB will be closed for Christmas from 2:00 pm on Wednesday, 24th December, and we will resume normal business hours at 9:00 am on Friday, 2nd January 2026.
During this period, our office, warehouse, and customer services will be unavailable. We recommend placing any urgent orders in advance to avoid delays.
Get Your Order Before Christmas
To help you ensure your goods arrive before Christmas, please take note of the following:
- Order on Monday, 22nd December, for standard next-day delivery
- Order on Tuesday, 23rd December, provided there is confirmation that someone will be available to take receipt on Wednesday, 24th December.
Please ensure you have made the necessary arrangements for receiving deliveries, as missed deliveries may not be redelivered before Christmas.
