COVID-19 and our response

Firstly, and most importantly, we hope you and your families are keeping well in these unprecedented times. 

Although vigilance is called for in every aspect of life, we also understand that some of you might still be able to undertaking projects, and we wanted to make you aware that we are still here. 

We are taking all of the precautions necessary to combat the virus, which includes limiting the amount of face-to-face contact and where possible, and asking most of our staff to work from home.  

At this time, we are taking advantage of the governments job protection scheme and have furloughed a number of staff. So please don't be too surprised if your normal contact is currently unavailable.

  • Field Sales Support
To reduce the amount of face-to-face contact, our field sales teams will be in touch with you via phone/email/video conferencing.  We are still working, so please get in contact if you have any enquiries.

  • Technical Support 
If you require technical support, please contact the main office on +44 (0)1488 73366 and your call will be directed to the appropriate person.

Please continue to email any member of team as normal. In the unlikely event that our mail server should go down, every member of staff has alternative gmail addresses in the following format which you contact: firstname.surname.rgb@gmail.com. 

Stock Supply
We are experiencing some supply issues, which we will try our utmost to limit and keep you aware of.  What we would suggest is that you check supplies of essential items and pre-book what you require now, even if you would prefer delivery at a later date (within three months), that way you won’t be disappointed.  For any non-essentials, please keep checking with the sales team and they will be able to update you on any issues that might occur in the coming months.

Placing Orders 
Orders can still be placed as normal via email, phone or by placing an order on our website through the Dealer Portal. Orders are still being fulfilled and shipped until circumstances change.  

Goods In & Out
Our Swindon warehouse is open and will remain so unless circumstances change and there is a total lock down. 

Training
All in-house training sessions have been postponed until further notice. Howevever, with more time on your hands, why not use the time to learn something new? We are currently in the process of developing content for a series of online webinars, but in the meantime, why not try some of our online training that can be completed anywhere, anytime.
