Welcome to the last RGBulletin of 2020. For our final issue, we wanted to take a look back at what has been our most challenging, but interesting, year yet. Although it's been extremely tough for the industry, we have also seen some great success stories, new opportunities and we've also had to adapt our way of working. Here are just a few highlights from the year...
New Year, New Brands We welcomed room acoustic specialists Artnovion and Penn Elcom's ingenious 19" racks to our infrastructure range to the RGB family. Artnovion's range of acoustic treatments enhance many different commercial and residential spaces, you can read about them here. Training - 'No Train Required' Throughout the year we have hosted a range of free online webinars and training with our vendors to make sure you were kept up to date with all things AV. Many of these, along with other educational videos, can be found on our online Knowledge Bankor you can view our training diary for upcoming virtual training in the New Year.

Product Highlights Despite the current climate, our vendors launched many exciting new products which we were delighted to share with you this year. EI Live Interactive Despite not being able to see you all in person at events this year, we've been taking part in different virtual events throughout the year. The latest was with Savant at EI Live! Interactive Week where we introduced guests to Savant's entry level systems and what it means to be a Savant integrator.
