- Demonstration facilities; Available for you and your customers… we have recently re-vamped our demonstration facilities at our offices in Hungerford, Berkshire. Products from all of our manufacturers are permanently installed and integrated with our other products so show an entire working system. - Repairs; All our products go through rigorous testing and inspection procedures and should therefore be in good working order when you receive them. Despite this issues do occur and we pride ourselves in getting these sorted as soon as possible. In the case of a fault, please call our Technical Support Desk on 01488 73366 with the product part number and serial numbers together with a description of the fault so we can log it and speak with our supplier. Further to all of the above services that we offer as general support, we also offer a selection of professional services to help either novice installers with their first installations for peace of mind or busy installers who need that extra bit of support to get jobs completed. The list of services and pricing include:
- Savant Programming – £575.00 per day
- Lutron Programming – £575.00 per day
- Shade/blind Site Survey – £375.00 per visit/day, depending on the number of shades that need surveying.
- Shade/blind Installation – £375.00 per visit/day, depending on the number of shades that need installing*
*Please note that shade installation requires two installers to visit.
All services are based on a daily rate and do not include expenses. Mileage will be charged at 40p per mile. All other charges, such as transport, hotel accommodation etc. will be charged at the invoice value.
