RGB i-school is our dedicated, state of the art training and demonstration centre for all of our product franchises. A major element of our service to our dealers - both commercial and residential - is our unrivaled commitment to provide quality training. To date, more than 2200 delegates have benefited from our sales and technical product training and programming courses.The only charge we make for our in-house courses is a nominal, non refundable £25 fee which covers the cost of administration, booking, refreshments and supporting course literature.

ClearOne Basic Product Training

This self-paced, web based training option allows individuals to work through Product Specialist Training modules in their own time.

The course provides:

  • A basic understanding of audio for teleconferencing
  • An overview of ClearOne products and their features
  • An understanding of how to resolve acoustic room issues with ClearOne products
  • Tools and information on how to sell ClearOne products more effectively

Successful completion of the course entitles the attendee to receive a certificate suitable for framing.

Building on ClearOne Basic Product Training, the Technical Specialist Training introduces you to the ClearOne's installed audio products offerings.

After completing the training course, successful attendees will be able to:

  • Configure ClearOne installed audio products including the new Converge Pro product line
  • Quickly and confidently install ClearOne equipment, which will save you time and money
  • Get better performance from your ClearOne systems
  • Better explain the performance of ClearOne products
  • Easily integrate ClearOne products with AV control systems
  • Effectively troubleshoot ClearOne equipment

NB You will need to bring a laptop with CD ROM drive and RS232 Serial ports. Windows compatible external mouse strongly recommended. Minimum 32MB of installed memory/minimum 200 MHz processor. Please ensure that your laptop has the latest version of G-Ware 5.0.6 (ROHS) installed. This is a free download from the ClearOne website - www.clearone.com/support/index.php and select software options

This day is split into two key parts:

The morning session, 9-12pm, introduces you to Scala QuickStart as a product and focuses on the product offering, markets and applications for which it is suited, as well as training on how to use and sell the solution.

The afternoon session 1.30-5pm, introduces you to Designer, the content creation tool that enables you to create custom content and templates for your clients. This session will leave you skilled enough to create high quality content with animations.

You do not have to attend both sessions.

Please note that the Designer license has a cost associated with it and is ideally suited to PC Platforms, although it can be run on a Mac in Parallels.

This one day course provides a basic introduction to Stardraw Control with practical hand-on programming. Delegates will learn how to create and implement a simple Stardraw Control system to control devices using IR, RS232 and Contact Closure methods via Global Cache wired and Wi-Fi interfaces.

This two day introductory course offers you an exciting look at the capabilities of Xantech AV products and control systems: the basics you need to know before selling, designing, installing or programming a Xantech system. On day one, which is intended for sales and technical staff, we will give you an overview of IR products, multi-room audio/video systems, wired and wireless control systems. Day two is intended for technical to staff to gain hands-on experience with the Xantech Universal Dragon Drop software tools you use to develop control systems.

If you have an interest in learning more about Xantech products, this course is for you!

Sales people should attend Day One and optionally Day Two.
