• We have a full range of manufacturer's product guides, our own specification sheets and other brochures plus pricelists which we can provide for your reference. A number of these are now also available in electronic format and on-line. Appropriate literature will automatically be included with any written quotation. Please see below.

  The Project Details Form is to help prompt you to obtain as much information as possible when qualifying a potential installation. We do not need to see this side of the pre-printed form for us to be able to provide you with a quotation. Download Form
  
  The Quotation Request Form (on the reverse of the pre-printed form) is for you to use to obtain all the information we need to be able to provide you with a quotation. Download Form
  
  Please note that we are only suggesting that you use this form to save time. It is not essential for us to have this form in order to provide you with a quotation.

Quotations

• For very simple systems or individual items, we would normally discuss your requirements with you over the telephone, provide any advice you may need and verbally quote you a price. Where required, this may be followed up by faxed confirmation of the price/s quoted.
  
  
• Where a more complicated system is involved we will discuss your needs with you and prepare a full, detailed and comprehensive quotation. This will list all the hardware you need and suggest any alternatives and options for you to consider. We can also provide you with a full schematic diagram. On completion the quotation will be faxed to you and the original then posted to you together with individual brochures for the products we have quoted for.

Schematic Diagram

• Just call us and we can specify what you need over the telephone. If required, we will send you a schematic diagram for you to show your customer how your solution will work.

Site Survey and System Design

• For the more complicated systems where explaining over the telephone just isn't enough, we will come to your office or to your customer site. We can then discuss your clients needs in detail whilst gathering the information we need to provide you with a comprehensive system design & quotation.

  There will be a £125 fee per day*, plus expenses for this service.

  * Deductible from order when received

Loan/Demo Equipment Facilities

• If you would like to show your customer the solution you are proposing, just call us and we will either arrange to loan you all the equipment you need, including cables, or we will bring the equipment and help you with the demonstration. Alternatively you may wish to use the demonstration facilities at our premises, which contain the most commonly used devices that you would find in a typical commercial or home cinema audio visual environment.

Order Confirmations

• We acknowledge receipt of every single order by forwarding a sales order confirmation to you, normally on the same day. On receipt of your order, we check to ensure that products will work together, giving you extra peace of mind, then fax you an order confirmation with full details including expected delivery date. If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to meet this date, we will advise you in advance.

Order Tracking

• We ship all our goods via Citiy Link who have a variety of timed next day deliveries. Once your order has been despatched we are able to monitor its progress via their "Track and Trace" facility on their website. If for some reason you require proof of delivery we are also able to obtain this from the Track and Trace system.
