Returns - Goods not required
 

If for some reason you find that you no longer need an item you have ordered please call our Sales Support Desk. If we agree to accept it back, we will:

  • Advise you of the restocking charge
  • Give you a Returns Reference Number
  • Fax you a delivery note to enclose with the product when you return it to us

Cyviz

  • Cyviz Clusterwall, vizwall and viz3D products are all custom made to order and therefore non-returnable.

Draper

  • * Custom screens made to order are non-returnable

Middle Atlantic

  • RSH Series Custom Rackmounts from Middle Atlantic Products are custom made to order and are therefore non-returnable.
  • Pallet mounted products cannot be returned for credit unless they are still pallet mounted with all the original packaging intact.

All products

  • All returned goods are subject to inspection on return. For the above restocking percentages to apply the items must be undamaged, have their original packaging and be complete with all accessories.
  • If faulty/not required goods are not returned to us within 14 days of us issuing the returns number we reserve the right to cancel the returns reference without notice.
  • We do not credit the original delivery charge unless the item was incorrectly specified by us, incorrectly supplied by us or has failed to perform to specification
  • If the unit has been specially ordered or manufactured for you (ie special non stocking cable assemblies, special finishes) we reserve the right to levy a higher restocking charge or not accept it for restocking .
  • Products must be from our current product range, ie not superseded or withdrawn
  • All goods to be returned should be arranged and paid for by yourselves unless the item was incorrectly specified or supplied by us.
  • Special Offers - we do not accept goods that were sold as a special offer.
  • Parts from packages - individual products bought as part of a package deal cannot be returned for credit.
  • Correctly supplied parts are not normally accepted back. In unusual circumstances, return may only be accepted, after prior agreement, but will incur a re-stocking charge.
    If agreement is reached, you will be issued with a returns reference number, this must be quoted on the outside of the parcel you are returning. All details regarding the return have been logged against this reference number.
