All MW series tops include a removable, aluminum, 2 rackspace service plate, which allows for easy drilling for cable bundle entry or use of rack panels (shown removed for clarity). The MW-4FT and ERK-4FT feature laser knockouts for up to 4 or 3 fans respectively. The NEW MW-LA allows 6" & 12" wide cable ladders to be installed from any direction using provided J-Bolts.

Component cooler removes heat right at the source. Optimised for components on open shelving or in AV racks, this cooler features an integrated thermostatic control and turns on automatically when satellite/cable boxes, receivers, and other heat generating components get too hot. Place the component cooler directly on top of vents of equipment. The ICOMP-COOL-3 is available for systems that require multiple components to be cooled. Includes a compact power supply.

Closet Cooler

Closet cooler removes heat from equipment racks located in closets or large millwork cabinets. Larger installations located in closets have greater cooling requirements. All that will be visible are two solid oak vents, which can be stained or painted to match any room’s décor. This cooling solution runs only when needed, mounts to closet doors and is available with an active exhaust and passive intake for closets with gaps, or an active exhaust and active intake for tightly sealed closets. The two rackspace Ultra Quiet Fan Panel System provides smart cooling and monitoring to ensure a reliable installation in areas where fan noise is not an option, including boardrooms, classrooms, offices, houses of worship, etc. Thermostatic, proportional speed fan control ensures ultra quiet operation by varying fan speed based on enclosure temperature. Overtemp notification, local and remote, offers additional operation monitoring. A feature unique to this system provides notification in the event of fan failure via a local display or remote signal to an external alarm device.
