AMX Corporation warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from the date of purchase from AMX Corporation or an authorised AMX World Partner (RGB Communications Ltd), with the following exceptions:
- Electroluminescent and LCD Control Panels are warranted for three (3) years, except for the display and touch overlay components that are warranted for a period of two (2) years
- Disk Drive mechanisms, pan/tilt heads, power supplies, MX Series products and KC Series products are warranted for a period of two (2) years
- Unless otherwise specified, OEM and custom products are warranted for a period of two (2) years
- Batteries and incandescent lamps are not covered under the warranty
All AMX AutoPatch equipment is covered under the standard AMX warranty as described in the AMX Limited Warranty and Disclaimer. This warranty can be extended to a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Modula, Modula Series4, Modula CatPro, 8Y-3000, Epica and EpicaDG matrix switchers by completing the warranty documentation as defined in the AMX Limited Warranty and Disclaimer.
