We will then check with our credit insurers on insurance, before advising you by email or fax the result, together with your account reference details. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending a sales order confirmation to you, normally on the same day. On receipt of your order, we check to ensure that the products will work together, giving you extra peace of mind, then email you an order confirmation with full details including the expected shipping date.
Once you have placed an order with us, you can check its progress with us by emailing or calling your sales contact on 0844 8800 765 or +44 (0)1488 73366. However, if for reasons beyond our control we are unable to meet your required delivery date, we will do our best to advise you in advance.
We ship all our goods via City Link who have a variety of timed next day deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we are able to monitor its progress via their "Track and Trace" facility on their website. If you require proof of delivery, we are also able to obtain this from the Track and Trace system.
We will raise and post an invoice on the same day the goods are shipped.
